Excutions Continue Despite Widespread Power Outages in Huntsville

The lights may be out in Hunstville, but officials say electricity continues to flow in the execution chamber in the Walls Unit where William Murray is still scheduled to be put to death at 6pm Wednesday night.
Murray's lawyers say his appeals have been exhausted, and on Tuesday the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles rejected his clemency request.
The next scheduled execution after Murray is not until October 16.
