Protest in Support of New Orleans Housing Residents

A group of protesters gathered in front of the Houston offices of the Department of Housing and Urban Development on Thursday to say NO! to the demolitions of all four public housing developments in New Orleans.

Members of the Free Radicals Protest Samba School, the UH Students for Fair Trade, T.E.J.A.S., Food Not Bombs, RCP and of course, HPD all showed up. There was drumming, handing out of flyers, discussions and sign waving.
