Police Threaten Day Laborers with Arrest

Two cops and the manager of the Citgo at Westpark and 59 lined up the day laborers who use the parking lot and threatened them with arrest if they continue to come there.

I told the cop I thought our city should be more welcoming to visitors.
The cop told me that if I didn't like it I could "call the Citgo corporation from Venezuela."
