Execution plans highlight Texas use of Law of Parties

A Texas man present during a murder could be executed even though he had no involvement in planning the crime, or carrying it out. Kenneth Foster was sentenced to death under the 'law of parties.' Over the weekend his family led supporters on a statewide march to stop the execution of a man who, even Texas admits, killed no one. Renee Feltz reports :
