Treason in America : Houston Indymedia

To Scott Pedon, Donnie Goodwin, Kathleen Bushman,
Lori Price and Rose Parson. I, Jeffrey J Fisher
have begun the preliminary procedural roles
of having papers regarding the Articles of Treason
of Title 18 Section 2381 be drawn up on each
one of you. In each of your cases will be the
intent of your actions against the
United States Constitution. My attorneys
are letting me know that my strongest case
is against Lori Price and Rose Parson.

I have been working around the clock
researching and documenting each one
of your actions. I have cross-reference
The U.S. Constitution, Art. III Sub Section
3 clause one and in doing so my due diligence
is being fortified regarding Constitutionality, Construction,
Nature of Crime and Relationship
with other Federal Laws.

To prove beyond a shadow of doubt I have
checked and recheck my facts regarding

account being deactivated/terminated and
then purged with its evidentiary materials
lying deep within it.

My attorneys have also evaluated and come
to the belief and understanding of each
elements of your specific crimes against
the American people, specifically Albert
Arnold Gore, Jr.

In these cases I have to prove specifically
your adherences to the Amendment and
your rendering aid and comfort. I have
already cross-referenced that with Cramer

Our investigation has also proven a breach
of allegiance, which is backed by Young v

In regards to Rose Parson we have a strong
case on her adherence to the enemy.

act against Scott Pedon and Donnie

The basis of conspiracy to subvert the
government is not treason, however
flagitious crime such conspiracy may be.

Regarding Lori Price, Treason may be
committed by those not personally
present at immediate scene of violence,
since influential persons cannot form
associations to resist law by violence or
excite passions of ignorance or desperate
men and thereby incite them to action,&

Furthermore regarding the defence stance
