Gentrification Horror - Inner Loop Townhomes and Condos May Not Seem Livable?

Since November, a Montrose-area resident has been engaging in a sit-in outside the newly-completed Tremont Towers off Westheimer.

On a Saturday afternoon, one would be used to seeing Jordan Fogal engaging in a sit-in outside the newly-completed Tremont Tower off Westheimer exposing graphic images of her townhome devastated with mold damage.
This might sound like a familiar scene from a film The Super where Joe Pesci is a building superintendent who is accused by building tenants where the facilities that he owns are run down and decrepit. Instead of building superintendents - real estate developers and companies like HHN Homes are marketing townhomes which hide the horror within - mold damage within the walls.
A few Houstonians will recall Tropical Storm Allison in June 2001 - a few years ago, an Austin, TX resident won a settlement with Farmer's Insurance in response to mold damage. Under TX law, there are 2 homeowner's insurance policies, HO-A and HO-B.
What is seen in the pics is not a re-enactment of Tropical Storm Allison and/or scenes from a home located in a floodplain throughout the Houston Metro area.
