Since his work consist entirely of "adaptations" of other artist original works the conclusion is that he has no ability to write songs or music of his own and must copy (steal from) others. The letters quoted are standard (form) rejection letters sent to all low quality artist by companies trying to tactfully say "you suck". High test (IQ) scores do not correlate into musical ability. The true artist should be able to read and write music and songs and perform them. There are many guitar players (dead and alive) who are far better than any of the beatles ever hoped to be! I did not like Ferrante at first after reading that of "the greatest musician ever existed". I thought it sounded arrogant. After reading all the provocations added in the comments to the article by unknown people, I decided to look on the Internet for his adaptation of Hey Jude. After listening to it I could not believe my ears. In fact, it is one of the greatest songs I have ever heard. His adaptation of Jude is an incredible masterpiece. The Beatles should be ashamed of what they did to him. Shame to the Beatles.

Oh yes, it is an amazing masterpiece. It really is.

This 'Lee' is the same jealous Nazi moderator of Uselessnet. Idiot, Hey Jude is the only adaptation on the Cd of Ferrante. The remainder are his own songs.

As a matter of fact, on the former CD of Joseph Ferrante there is a string quartet written by Ferrante and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, former customers of him for piano tuning. The scores Ferrante wrote were so complicated that the violoncello part had to be simplified at the studio because it could not be performed properly by the player.
The facts of the supernatural music virtuoso speak so loud that no nonsense is heard. And the guitar is just the beginning of him....the yawning at morn....you haven't seen nothing yet...He is keeping the best hidden, for the time being, because if the jealousy of human nothings like you and Mc Cartney blocks him with just the guitar, what would have happened if he deployed the lot of him?...Hey Jude refrains....for now.....

Mon nom est J. F/E/R/R/A/N/T/E. Je suis musicien.

Je vous écris pour vous dire combine de fois j'ai été victime de measures visant á contrarier mes projets et á me prendre mes idées. Je suis arrivé au point ou cela devient insupportable.

Il y a quelque temps, pendant que j'habitais en Angleterre, on m'a envoyé à plusieurs reprises accorder le piano de l'ex-Beatle GEORGE HARRISON. Après plusieurs années de cela j'ai quitté l'Angleterre pour rentrer chez moi. Une fois rentré je me suis mis á réadapter la chanson "Hey Jude" des Beatles. J'ai repris l'air original pour en faire une sorte de "bachata" latine, dosée d'un peu de flamenco. J'ai tout enregistré, puis j'en ai tire une copie sur cassette que j'ai envoyé à George Harrison. Il me l'a renvoyée avec l'inscription "à vélo" à la place de l'indication habituelle "par avion". Lorsque j'ai téléphoné pour en savoir plus, la secrétaire m'a dit que M. Harrison n'était pas disponsible.

M. Raul Cairo, journaliste auprès de la revue hollandaise "Music & Media", peut témoigner du mérite de mon adaptation de "Hey Jude", puisque c'est lui-même qui a choisi d'écrire un article là-dessus dans la même revue.

Ensuite j'ai encore envoyé des cassettes "promo" de la même adaptation à trois maisons de disque espagnoles. Quelques mois plus tard un groupe qui jouait sous le nom de "Los Roling" a publié leur version de la musique des Beatles style flamenco. Il est significatif que cela s'est produit à l'époque oú M. Cairo faisait sortir son article dans "Music & Media".

A un moment donné une maison finlandaise a passé une commande de 28 CDs, et mon arrangement de "Hey Jude" commençait à se faire diffuser par leur réseau radiophonique en Europe. On m'a même fait comprendre que ma version de la chanson plaisait au grand public et que l'on recevait des appels pour qu'on la joue plus souvent. Dix jours plus tard c'était le silence absolu, on n'entendait plus ma chanson, comme si elle s'était faite retirer par une main invisible. Pas un mot d'explication non plus; on restait sourd à mes appels.

Le temp passait, et j'ai encore créé un arrangement style "salsa" de la chanson "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" des Beatles. Cette fois j'ai envoyé des cassettes ailleurs qu'en Europe, voire jusqu'à New York. Il n'a fallu que quelques mois pour qu'un artiste "latino" assez bien connu là-bas ait rassemblé des musicians autour de lui - (y compris des membres du groupe "Fania All Stars") - pour faire sortir un album style "salsa" des "hits" des Beatles.

Ensuite j'ai eu l'idée de faire quelque chose, participer moi-même à un relancement des Beatles. Après tout, je m'y étais specialize depuis fort longtemps en tant que musicien professionel. J'ai rédigé une lettre á cet effet que j'ai faxée à George Harrison, mais il ne m'a pas répondu. A plusieurs reprises je lui ai envoyé des fax pour partager mes idées avec lui sur un eventuel come-back, jusqu'à ce qu'on m'apprend qu'il avait changé de numéro. Aux renseignements on m'a dit qu'il était dorénavant sur la liste rouge. Six mois plus tard on a vu sortir "L'Anthologie des Beatles" sur CD. Voilà ce qu'elle est devenue, mon idée á moi!..

Maintenant je me trouve de nouveau en Grande Bretagne.

J'ai amené avec moi depuis mon pays natal une série de 14 chansons que j'ai regroupée sous le titre "Shangri-La" dans l'espoir de faire graver un disque. Dans la série j'ai incorporé les deux adaptations des chansons des Beatles intitulées "Hey Jude" et "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" ainsi que deux autres adaptations des chansons populaires. Quant au reste, il s'agit de mes propres compositions.

J'ai distribué aux dix maisons de disques principales á Londres des cassettes "promo" de "Shangri-La", mais, curieusement, chacune de ces dix cassettes a disparu. Sans exception!! A mes demandes d'éclaircissements ont répondu seulement les subalternes des chefs des departments "A&R" pour me dire qu'on "s'en occupait..". Peut-etre bien, mais encore le m?me scenario reproduit dans une dizaine de cas pareils? N'est-ce pas un peu exageré?

Une autre mélodie reprise par moi dans la collection "Shangri-La" était celle connue en anglais sous le titre "If I Had A Hammer" ("Si j'avais un marteau"). J'avais remanié tout l'arrangement, le rhythme, etc. Un jour, bien après avoir remis mon enregistrement aux maisons de disques principales, je suis rentré chez moi, et en allumant mon poste de télévision j'entends la m?me chanson dans sa version originale de Trini Lopez servant d'indicatif d'un nouveau programme. J'insiste, cela s'est passé bien après l'audition dans les maisons de disque de mon adaptation de cette chanson qui, il faut le dire, était bien tombée dans les oubliettes jusque là.

Et encore, toujours à la m?me époque, comme par hazard on assistait à l'inauguration d'un nouveau "show" appelé "Shangri-La" dans une boîte de nuit très connue, don't les propriétaires gardaient des liens assez proches avec les maisons de disque. C'est le titre de ma proper production qu'ils avaient piqué tout simplement!!. Pour finir, j'ai dû engager des poursuites contre eux pour qu'ils arrêtent de s'en servir, puisqu'il s'agissait d'un nom déposé.

Pendant ce même temps je recevais des appels anonyms sur mon portable. Sur un ton railleur on me répétait, "Toujours rien de signé?", ou encore, "Allez, va te chercher un autre pays!", et "Tes chansons ne passeront jamais à la radio!"...

J'ai compris qu'il devait y avoir un complot contre moi. J'ai été exprès pour faire graver des CD de ma version de "Hey Jude" et les faire distribuer à 84 stations de radio en Grande Bretagne. Quelques semaines ont suffi pour que je reçoive des lettres de la part des directeurs des stations m'informant qu'ils étaient dans l'impossibilité de jouer mon adaptation de la chanson, bien qu'ils en aient apprécié la qualité. Selon Capital Radio, par example, on a trouvé "l'arrangement fort intéressant". Chez le World Service de la BBC on considérait que c'était "un arrangement très original et plein de virtuosité", tandis qu'à Sony Music on notait "la qualité fort impressionante de l'interprétation et de votre arrangement". Et bien, tellement ça impressionne les gens qu'ils n'acceptent pas de le jouer!!...

Après ce refus à la radio j'ai expedié une copie de la même version de "Hey Jude" sur CD à Paul McCartney à son bureau, en le priant de bien vouloir intercéder auprès des directeurs. N'ayant toujours pas eu de réponse après une semaine, j'ai appelé son bureau et je suis tombé sur une des secretaries qui, sur un ton assez grossier et aggressif m'a dit, "On l'a mis de côté, ton CD!!". D'accord, mais pourquoi ce ton-là??...

C'est alors que j'ai écrit à Paul McCartney à son domicile. J'ai même envoyé des copies de la lettre - 16 en tout - pour être sûr qu'au moins une d'entre elles arrive à destination. Néanmoins, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse.

Chose bizarre, mais à peu près à la même époque on commençais à se faire inonder de rediffusions à la radio de "Hey Jude" dans sa version originale des Beatles. Et Paul McCartney lui-même, après des années à la retraite, tout d'un coup s'est mis à jouer en public à la Caverne de Liverpool.

En même temps les appels anonymes ont repris chez moi. On me déconseillait de donner des concerts ou de jouer en public tout court. Les appels venaient toujours des cabines téléphoniques.

En outré, pendant que je cherchais à me procurer un agent, j'ai pris contact avec quelqu'un du métier qui, tout en s'excusant, m'a expliqué "Je regrette, je ne peux pas vous employer". Et aussitôt il a raccroché, sans vouloir me fournir plus d'explications.

C'est à ce moment précis que j'ai compris toute l'envergure de la campagne contre moi. C'est maintant que j'apprécie pourquoi ça fait deux ans et demie que je chôme en Angleterre, sans le droit de jouer nulle part et pourquoi ça fait toute une vingtaine d'agents que j'ai contacté toujours sans issue...

Après cinq mois pendant lesquels on a empeché ma version de "Hey Jude" de passer à la radio britannique la dernier CD des Beatles a paru sur le marché. Voilà donc deux fois que mon adaptation de leur chanson les incite à faire sortir une anthologie. Il semblerait que certains considèrent mon enregistrement comme une menace.

Est-ce encore le hasard qui fait que Paul McCartney a choisi de nominer son site sur le Net: heyjude18@hotmail.com pour que son public puisse lui écrire...Comme je disais, c'était après qu'on avait bloqué ma version de "Hey Jude" sur la radio britannique que Paul McCartney sest précipité pour monter des concerts à la "Caverne" de Liverpool et sortir un deuxième CD de la musique Beatles (Beatles Anthology). Mais le public ne s'est pas rendu nombreux à ses concerts, et le CD n'a pas récolté les recettes attendues, et, par conséquent, il s'est empressé de sortir un autre CD de sa musique réalisé par son ensemble"Wings"... ..tout une série d'actions prises comme si c'était pour gagner du temps, pour affirmer sa présence pour quelque raison...Et c'est avec tristesse que je constate qu'il y a peut-être des personnes auxquels ma chanson "Hey Jude" pourrait faire très peur...

Tout récemment, je me préparais pour accorder le piano chez un de mes clients qui a des liens avec l'industrie de musique britannique, lorsqu'il m'informe d'une lettre aggressive qui circule dans divers secteurs de la même industrie et que, soi-disant, j'aurais écrite moi-même. Un disc-jockey que je connais à la radio britannique me le confirme...Jusqu'à quelles extrémités ignobles des gens ne veulent-ils pas aller pour aliener les autres à mon égard???...

Tout ce que j'ai raconté jusqu'à présent n'est que la pointe de l'iceberg. Il faut voir comment les choses vont évoluer, car l'iceberg, lui, risque éventuellement de se dévoiler un jour dans toute son ampleur. Ce n'est pas que je cherche à accuser les autres. C'est tout simplement que mon histoire merite d'être connue.

Je fais appel à tout amateur de musique désireux de combattre ce monster affreux à multiples tentacules-créature qui me maintient moi et ma musique dans l'obscurité et qui s'attribue le mérite de mes idées- de me venir en aide.

C'est à cause de cette conspiration contre moi que j'ai dû trouver le refuge sur l'Internet.

Dû à ce fait, les gens ont impliqué, en n'étant pas capable de l'arrêter légalement, utilisez tout le genre de manoeuvres viles et cachées et illégales pour le faire......

La seule raison pour ceci (et nous devons le dire humblement parce qu'assez est assez) est que l'adaptation de Hey Jude par F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e fait la chanson originale regarder comme un absolu rien.... Ils essaient de cacher le soleil avec un doigt......

C'est possible de cacher des choses de tous les gens partez du temps et c'est possible de cacher des choses de partie des gens tout le temps, mais c'est impossible de cacher tout le temps des choses de tous les gens.... et ce qui a été fait la nuit, spectacles dans lumière du jour......

Et l'évidence claire qui montre que tout ces faits sont vrais est que le trascendental chef-d'oeuvre fait par F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e n'est pas su par le public, et ayant l'adaptation de F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e de Hey Jude un accord de édition par les propriétaires du copyright et tout.....

Encore une fois, la SEULE RAISON pour ceci est que l'adaptation de Hey Jude par F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e fait la chanson originale regarder comme un absolu rien......... ils savent TRÈS BIEN qu'une chanson élémentaire avait été améliorée à un CHEF-D'OEUVRE...... ils craignent l'adaptation........ il retire leur sommeil.............

Estimado Redactor:

Mi nombre es J/O/S/E/P/H F/E/R/R/A/N/T/E. Soy un músico.

Le estoy escribiendo para informarle de una larga historia de maniobras para bloquear mi carrera musical y robar mis ideas.

Ha sobrepasado el límite de la paciencia. Es el colmo.

Hace algún tiempo, mientras vivía en Inglaterra, había yo sido afinador de pianos del ex-Beatle GEORGE HARRISON en varias ocasiones. Después de cinco años de estadía en la Gran Bretaña, finalmente regresé al país de donde venía. Allí hice yo una versión de la canción de los Beatles "Hey Jude". Tomé la canción original y la transformé en una "bachata" latina, mezclada con flamenco. Grabé un cassette de la versión y se lo mandé a George Harrison. El cassette me fue devuelto con un grosero "Por bicicleta", en vez del acostumbrado "Por Avión", escrito en el sobre. Llamé a Harrison por teléfono para pedirle una explicación al respecto, pero su secretaria me contestó que él no quería atender.

El señor Raúl Cairo de la revista holandesa "Music and Media" puede dar testimonio al respecto de la calidad de los arreglos de la versión, porque él mismo escribió un artículo al respecto en la antedicha revista.

Mandé yo demo cassettes de mi versión de "Hey Jude" a tres compañías disqueras en España y, algunos meses mas tarde, un grupo llamado "Los Roling" hizo su aparición tocando canciones de los Beatles en estilo flamenco. Signicativamente, eso aconteció al mismo tiempo que Raúl Cairo escribía al respecto de mi versión de "Hey Jude" en "Music and Media".

Una compañía promotora finlandesa me pidió 28 CDs de la canción para difusión en su cadena de radio emisoras a lo largo de Europa. La canción comenzó a ser difundida. La compañía promotora me informó que las radios recibían muchas llamadas telefónicas de gente que pedía la canción. Mi versión de "Hey Jude" tenía buena aceptación por los radio escuchas. Unos 10 dias mas tarde, la canción desapareció del aire, como si una mano invisible la hubiese parado. La promotora finlandesa no quizo dar ulteriores explicaciones al respecto, cuando yo los llamé por teléfono.

El tiempo pasó y yo hice una versión en "salsa" de la canción de los Beatles "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". Esta vez yo mandé demo cassettes de la misma a firmas disqueras fuera de Europa, incluyendo Nueva York. Algunos meses mas tarde, un famoso animador latino formó una orquesta de salsa, entre cuyos músicos había gente de "Fania All Stars", y lanzó un LP al mercado de canciones de los Beatles interpretadas en ritmo de salsa. El LP fue lanzado en Nueva York, uno de los lugares adonde fue a parar uno de los demo cassettes de mi versión en "salsa" de "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"...

El tiempo pasó otra vez y se me ocurrió que quizás yo hubiese podido reunir a los Beatles conmigo, siendo yo un especialista en la música de ellos, y un músico profesional de experiencia. Le mandé la propuesta por fax a George Harrison, pero él no contestó. Le envié varios fax sucesivos, dándole mis consideraciones al respecto de como hubiésemos tenido que reorganizar el grupo. Un día, estando yo a punto de enviarle un nuevo fax, descubro que el número de fax había sido cambiado. La operadora internacional me dijo que no podía suministrar el nuevo número, debido a que estaba fuera de listado. Después de unos seis o siete meses del incidente de mis fax, la primera "Antología de los Beatles" en CD salió al mercado, después de muchos años de ausencia de un producto "Beatle". Fue mi idea. George Harrison la tomó, pero me dejó a mi afuera.

Ahora estoy de regreso en Inglaterra.

Regresé con una producción de 14 canciones, titulada "Shangri-La", a ver si la logro negociar con alguna casa disquera. Tanto "Hey Jude" como "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" están incluidas en la producción. También hay otras dos muy conocidas canciones, a las cuales les hice una diferente versión. El resto de las canciones son originales, o sea, compuestas por mi. A pesar que yo soy músico de Rock, "Shangri-la" es una producción de múltiples estilos.

Llevé demo cassettes de "Shangri-La" a las diez mayores casas disqueras de Londres. Los diez cassettes desaparecieron misteriosamente. Los representantes de los departamentos de A&R de las antedichas casas disqueras hasta se negaron a atender mi llamada telefónica para darme una explicación, delegando otra gente para atender mi llamada y decirme que tenían dificultades ubicando los cassettes. ¿Los diez cassettes? ¿No es acaso demasiado para ser coincidencia??....

Una de las otras dos canciones contenidas en "Shangri-La" que fueron readaptadas en mi versión es "If I Had A Hammer" (Si tuviera yo un martillo). El ritmo y los arreglos eran completamente diferentes en mi adaptación a la canción original. Un dia, después de haber yo llevado mis cassettes a las casas disqueras, prendo yo el televisor y veo el lanzamiento de un nuevo programa, el cual tenía como tema musical la original "If I Had A Hammer" de Trini López !!!..Eso pasó después que mi versión de la canción fue escuchada en esas disqueras. Una canción de por sí poco conocida hoy en dia.

También, después que mis cassettes fueron llevados a las disqueras, un gran centro nocturno cuyos propietarios tenían nexo con la industria disquera, estrenaron un nuevo show musical, el cual titularon "Shangri-La". Ellos robaron el nombre de mi producción. Terminé teniendo que pagar abogados para que los hicieran parar de usar el nombre, debido a que yo lo tenía registrado para fines musicales.

Durante ese periodo, yo recibí docenas de llamadas telefónicas de gente desconocida que se burlaba de mi con frases como: "¿Todavía no consigues contrato en las casas disqueras?", o "Tendrás que irte a otro país", o "Todavía no escucho tus canciones en la radio"...

Sospechando que tenía que haber una conspiración contra mi, mandé a fabricar CDs promocionales de "Hey Jude" y los distribuí a 84 emisoras de radio a lo largo de Inglaterra. Después de un par de semanas recibí cartas de las emisoras, diciéndome que no podían difundir "Hey Jude" en sus programas, a pesar de que algunos Jefes de Programación de ciertas radios elogiaban mis arreglos de "Hey Jude" en sus cartas. Capital Radio los describía como "unos arreglos muy interesantes". La BBC World Service los llamó "unos arreglos muy interesantes y bastante virtuosísticos". Sony Music comentó: "...verdaderamente quedé impresionado con la calidad de la ejecución y sus nuevos arreglos". Si la canción es suficientemente buena como para generar esos comentarios, ¿porqué no le dan difusión? ?...

Después de la negativa por parte de las radios, le mandé un CD de mi versión de "Hey Jude" a Paul McCartney a su oficina, pidiéndole si me podía ayudar contactando algunos de los directores de las radios. Una semana después lo llamé a su oficina por teléfono, tan solo para toparme con una de las secretarias que en forma grosera y agresiva me contestó: "Hemos puesto su CD de "Hey Jude" en una celda fría..". ¿Porqué ese trato grosero y agresivo??....

Entonces le escribí a Paul McCartney a su casa. Hasta hice 16 fotocopias de mi carta y las envié cada una por separado, para asegurarme de que por lo menos una llegaría a sus manos. Sin embargo, no tuve contestación. Curiosamente y extrañamente, durante los días que esto estaba aconteciendo, empecé a escuchar una masiva radiodifusión de la "Hey Jude" de los Beatles, y Paul McCartney de repente comenzó una serie de conciertos en la "Caverna", después de haber estado inactivo durante años...

Fue durante estos meses que comencé a recibir llamadas telefónicas anónimas, amenazándome y advirtiéndome de no dar conciertos y de no tocar en público. Las llamadas siempre eran hechas desde teléfonos públicos.

Un empresario musical, el cual contacté en un esfuerzo por conseguir un manager, se disculpó diciendo: "Lo siento pero no puedo usarlo"..Rehusó decir el porqué y colgó.

Fue entonces que me di cuenta de la gigantesca operación a la cual yo estaba enfrentándome. Tan grande, que en los tres años y medio de mi estadía en Inglaterra, esta segunda vez, todavía no he dado el primer concierto o tocado en ninguna parte, a pesar de haber contactado mas de 20 empresarios musicales.

Después de cinco meses que mi "Hey Jude" fue bloqueada en las estaciones de radio de Inglaterra, este último CD de los Beatles salió al mercado. Es la segunda vez que mi versión de "Hey Jude" causa que una antología de canciones de los Beatles salga al mercado. Parece que cierta gente considera mi "Hey Jude" como una peligrosa amenaza...

También, como otra "coincidencia", la dirección de e-mail que Paul McCartney creó para que sus fans le escribieran es: heyjude18@hotmail.com ...Como ya dije anteriormente, después que mi "Hey Jude" fue bloqueada en las emisoras de radio inglesas, Paul McCartney dió una serie de conciertos en la "Caverna" de Liverpool y sacó al mercado este último segundo CD antología de canciones de los Beatles. Sin embargo, cuando se dió cuenta que a los conciertos fue poca gente y que el CD no vendió como se esperaba, entonces se apresuró a sacar al mercado un CD de su trabajo con el grupo "Wings"..Todo esto aconteció sin interrupción, una cosa tras la otra...parece que está tratando de ganar tiempo por algo...como si quisiera estar siempre presente en la mente de la gente por alguna razón...Es con gran tristeza que me doy cuenta que posiblemente cierta gente le tenga un gran miedo a mi "Hey Jude"....

Fui también recientemente informado por uno de mis clientes fijos de afinación de piano, el cual tiene relación con la industria musical inglesa, que parece ser que alguien envió una carta agresiva a varios sectores de la antedicha industria musical y a otras áreas del mundo artístico, haciéndose pasar por mi...Esto me fue también corroborado por un disc jockey amigo, el cual trabaja en una estación de radio inglesa...Hay que ver los viles extremos a los cuales son capaces de llegar estos personeros que están detrás de esta conspiración, con el fin de alejar a la gente de mi persona...

También, una de las diez mayores casas disqueras de Londres que robaron mi cassette titulado "Shangri-La", acaba de lanzar al mercado un CD de una de sus bandas, utilizando el título de mi cassette con la adición de un par de palabras mas, las cuales le dan al título un sentido satírico....una descarada provocación.....Lo lanzaron a través de una sucursal de la compañía en otra parte del mundo......Sospecho que esta es una trampa sutil de esta firma disquera, esperando que yo reaccione, para asi ponerme en las malas con esa parte del mundo.....No caeré en esa trampa.....Ahora están tratando de bloquearme en otras partes del mundo también.....Parece ser que cierta gente considera mi obra algo verdaderamente peligroso, juzgando por el tamaño de la conspiración que están fraguando.....como dije antes, hay que ver las viles maniobras que cierta gente es capaz de urdir!!!.....

Lo que he dicho hasta ahora es tan solo la punta del témpano. Dependiendo de como se desenvuelven los acontecimientos, el témpano completo pudiera salir a la luz en toda su magnitud....

No quiero culpar a nadie, pero siento que mi historia tiene que ser contada.

Vengo buscando la cooperación de todos los amantes de la música para que me ayuden contra este monstruo de múltiples tentáculos que me ha mantenido a mi y a mi obra ocultos al público.

Debido a esta gigantesca conspiración contra mi, me vi forzado a buscar refugio en la Internet.

El único motivo por el cual hacen esto (y tenemos que humildemente decirlo, porque la paciencia tiene un límite), es porque la adaptación de Hey Jude de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e hace que la canción original parezca una absoluta nada.....Quieren tapar el sol con un dedo.....

Se pueden ocultar las cosas de toda la gente parte del tiempo, o se pueden ocultar las cosas de parte de la gente todo el tiempo, pero no es posible ocultar las cosas de toda la gente todo el tiempo......y lo que de noche se hace, de día aparece......

Y la evidencia clara que muestra que todos estos hechos son verdad es que la trascendental obra maestra hecha por F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e no es conocida por el público, teniendo la adaptación de F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e de Hey Jude un acuerdo de publicación otorgado por los dueños del derecho de autor y todo.....

Desgraciadamente, ahora todo lo que ellos quisieron esconder está siendo conocido....y la estatura del hombre es determinada por la cantidad de conspiración y envidia que genera.
Estamos hablando de una enciclopedia musical que sabe y toca casi toda canción existente. Después de que su adaptación de Hey Jude fue enviada a casas disqueras en España, un grupo de músicos muy malos llamado "los rolin" apareció en España intentando hacer la música de los Beatles en estilo flamenco latino como el Hey Jude de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e, pero todo lo que pudieron hacer fue basura musical, debido a la calidad mala de los músicos. Ellos robaron la propiedad intelectual de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e pero lo hicieron muy pobremente, comparado a la obra maestra transcendental hecha por el genio de la música.....
Después de esto, cuando la adaptación en salsa de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e de "Sgt, Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"" fue enviada a las casas disqueras de Nueva York, un entretenedor latino ladrón de la propiedad intelectual llamado Ralph Mercado reunió a músicos de orquestas diferentes e intentó hacer una muy pobre interpretación en salsa de la música de los Beatles. Entre las personas que participaron había ladrones de la propiedad intelectual de "Fania All Stars" como Celia Cruz y Tito Puentes. Desgraciadamente todo lo que ellos pudieron hacer fue basura musical, debido al hecho de ser músicos muy pobres, pero buenos ladrones...
El entretenedor latino Ralph Mercado hizo un robo tan descarado que hasta hizo una parodia de la carátula del disco de los Beatles "Sgt, Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" y lo usó como carátula de su robada producción, después de haber sido "Sgt, Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" la adaptación en salsa que F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e envió a Nueva York.....

Después de que J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e abrió la puerta para esta onda de estilo latino con sus dos adaptaciones, la empresa que diseñó el bloqueo de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e (la firma disquera que firmó a los Beatles), y la cual también involucró la sección latina de la firma disquera mas grande del planeta (no haremos nombres, solo la sección Latina), (es impresionante la cantidad de multi millones que estas dos empresas invirtieron en bloquear al genio) continuaron con el robo de la propiedad intelectual del genio musical produciendo basura musical latina como Ricky Martin, Shakira, Jennifer López, Mariah Carey, etc., etc., etc. (mas tarde estas dos empresas involucraron a otras empresas en el bloqueo de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e).

Todo esta onda latina que está aconteciendo fue causada y disparada por las dos adaptaciones latinas de J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e. Y no es porque el hombre es latino. Él es tan solo el mejor músico de la Tierra EN CASI TODOS LOS ESTILOS EXISTENTES. El hombre es una ENCICLOPEDIA MÚSICAL, como nosotros ya le dijimos antes...

Il mio nome é J/O/S/E/P/H F/E/R/R/A/N/T/E. Sono un musicista ITALIANO......

Le sto scrivendo per informarlo di una lunga storia di cospirazioni e manovre per bloccare la mia carriera musicale e rubare le mie idee. È da molto tempo che sono arrivato al limite della pazienza. È propio il colmo...

Qualche tempo fá, quando vivevo in Inghilterra, ero stato accordatore di pianoforte dell'ex Beatle GEORGE HARRISON in diverse occasioni. Dopo di cinque anni in Inghilterra, finalmente ritornai al paese da dove vengo. Lí feci la mia versione della canzone "Hey Jude" dei Beatles. Presi la canzone originale e la ricostruí per trasformarla in una "bachata" latina, mescolata con flamenco. Feci una demo cassetta e la inviai a George Harrison. Mi tornó indietro con un offensivo "Per Bicicletta" scritto nella busta, in vece dell'usuale "Per Aereo" (Par Avion). Chiamai a Harrison per telefono per chiederli una spiegazione, peró mi fú detto dalla sua secretaria che lui non voleva attendere la mia chiamata.

Il signior Raul Cairo del giornale "Music and Media" dell'Holanda puó dare testimonio della qualitá dei miei arrangiamenti musicali in "Hey Jude", perché lui stesso scrisse un articolo al rispetto nello stesso giornale.

Provai a mandare demo cassette della mia versione di "Hey Jude" a tre ditte discográfiche in Spagna e, dopo qualche mese, un complesso musicale chiamato "Los Roling" fú lanciato, il quale faceva canzoni die Beatles in stilo flamenco. Significativamente, questo succedeva allo stesso tempo che il signior Raul Cairo scriveva al rispetto della mia "Hey Jude" nel giornale "Music and Media".

Dopo che una ditta pubblicitaria finlandese mi chiese 28 CD della canzone per diffonderla nella loro catena di stazioni di radio in tutta Europa, la canzone cominció ad essere trasmessa. Mi fú detto dalla ditta che le loro stazioni di radio ricevevano chiamate telefoniche chiedendo "Hey Jude", e perció stava avendo una buona accettazione da parte degli ascoltatori di radio. Qualche dieci giorni dopo, la canzone sparí dai programmi, come se una mano invisibile l'avesse fermata. La ditta finlandese si rifiutó di provvedere spiegazioni quando io li chiamai per telefono.

Passó il tempo ed io feci una versione in stilo di "salsa" della canzone dei Beatles "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". Questa volta inviai demo cassette di questa versione a ditte discográfiche fuori dell'Europa, includendo New York. Qualche mese piú tardi, un conosciuto impresario musicale latino formó un'orchestra di "salsa", nella quale c'erano pure musicisti della "Fania All Stars", e lanció in New York un L.P. di canzoni dei Beatles in stilo di "salsa".

Il tempo passó di nuovo e mi venne l'idea che chissá io avrei potuto riunire i Beatles con me, essendo io uno specialista nella loro musica, e un musicista professionale di vasta esperienza. Gli feci la proposta a George Harrison via fax, ma lui non mi rispose. Dopo di questo fax, gli inviai diversi altri fax dove spiegavo le mie idee al rispetto di come sarebbe dovuta essere questa riunione dei Beatles. Un giorno, quando stavo per inviare un nuovo fax con lo stesso fine, scopro che il numero di fax era stato cambiato. L'operatrice telefonica internazionale mi disse che non mi poteva dare il nuovo numero perché non era in lista. Dopo di un sei mesi dell'incidente dei miei fax, il CD "Beatles Anthology" usciva al mercato...la mia idea... Lui la prese ma mi lasció fuori dal progetto.

Ora sono tornato in Inghilterra.

Sono tornato con una produzione musicale di 14 canzoni, alla quale ho messo per titolo "Shangri-La", per vedere se potesse interessare a qualche ditta discográfica. Tanto "Hey Jude" come "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" sono incluse in "Shangri-La". Nella produzione ci sono pure versioni di alter due famose canzoni. Il resto delle canzoni in "Shangri-La" sono tutte scritte da me.

Portai demo cassette di "Shangri-La" alle 10 maggiori ditte discográfiche di Londra. Tutte le dieci cassette sparirono. I rappresentanti delle sezioni di A&R delle ditte si rifiutarono ad attendermi nel telefono, per darmi una spiegazione, facendo attendere la chiamata da altre persone che mi dicevano che non trovavano le cassette. Tutte le dieci cassette??...Non é un po' troppo per essere una coincidenza????...

Una delle altre due canzoni che ho riadattato nella mia versione per "Shangri-La" é "If I Had A Hammer". Il ritmo e gli arrangiamenti sono completamente differenti nella mia versione da quelli della canzone originale. Un giorno, dopo avere portato le mie cassette alle maggiori ditte discográfiche di Londra, accendo la televisione e vedo il lanciamento di un nuovo programma, il quale ha l'originale "If I Had A Hammer" di Trini López come tema musicale!!!...Questo accadeva dopo che la mia versione della dimenticata canzone fu ascoltata dalle ditte discográfiche.

Di nuovo, dopo che le mie cassette entrarono in queste ditte discográfiche, un grande centro notturno che appartiene a gente che ha vincoli con l'industria discográficha inglese, cominció a presentare uno show musicale, il quale chiamarono "Shangri-La". Rubarono il nome dalla mia produzione. Ho dovuto usare avvocati per forzarli a smettere di usare il nome, dovuto a che io lo ho registrato per fini musicali.

In quello stesso periodo, io ricevevo dozine di chiamate telefoniche di gente che mi prendeva in giro con frasi come: "Ancora non hai un contratto discográfico?", oppure: "Dovrai andare in un altro paese", o: " Ancora non ascolto le tue canzoni nella radio".....

Rendendomi io conto che ci doveva essere una cospirazione contro di me, feci incidere CD di "Hey Jude" e li distribuí a 84 stazioni di radio in tutto il territorio inglese. Dopo di un paio di settimane, cominciai a ricevere lettere da queste radio dicendomi che non potevano suonare "Hey Jude" nei loro programmi, anche se qualcuno di questi direttori di radio lodava I miei arrangiamenti nella canzone. Capital Radio li descriveva come: "Un arrangiamento veramente interessante". La BBC World Service li chiamó "degli arrangiamenti veramente originali e abbastanza virtuosistici". Da Sony Music io leggo: "...veramente sono impressionato dalla qualitá della esecuzione e dal suo nuovo arrangiamento". Se la canzone genera questi commentari, perché non la vogliono suonare per radio???...

Dopo della negativa da parte delle radio, inviai un CD della mia versione di "Hey Jude" a Paul McCartney al suo ufficio, chiedendoli se mi poteva dare una mano contattando questi direttori di radio. Una settimana dopo lo chiamai per telefono al suo ufficio, soltanto per essere atteso da una secretaria rude e aggressiva che mi disse: "Abbiamo messo il suo CD di "Hey Jude" in una cella fredda..." Perché questa violenta reazione??...

Cosí io scrissi a Paul McCartney a casa sua. Perfino feci 16 fotocopie della mia lettera e le imbucai separatamente, per essere sicuro che per lo meno una sarebbe arrivata alle sue mani. Purtroppo, non ci fu risposta. Interessantemente, propio allo stesso tempo io cominciai ad ascoltare una grande radio diffusione della "Hey Jude" dei Beatles. Inoltre, Paul McCartney cominció a fare presentazioni personali alla "Caverna" in Liverpool, dopo essere stato inattivo durante anni.

Era durante questi mesi che io cominciai a ricevere minaccianti chiamate telefoniche anonime, avvertendomi di non dare concerti e di non suonare in vivo in nessuna parte. Le chiamate sempre venivano da telefoni pubblici. Soltanto una persona che si identifico come A&R della ditta EMI mi chiamo dicendomi: "Parlo con F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e Pizza?.............ricordati che voi gli Italiani siete i nostri underdogs (cani subordinati)......"

Un agente musicale, al quale contattai in uno sforzo per trovarmi un manager, si scusó dicendomi: "Mi dispiace ma non lo posso usare..." Si rifiutó a dirmi il perché e messe giú il telefono.

Fu allora che mi resi conto della gigantesca operazione di bloccaggio che c'era contro di me. Cosí gigantesca, che in questi tre anni e mezzo che sono stato in Inghilterra questa seconda volta, ancora non ho potuto dare il primo concerto, e neanche ho potuto suonare in nessuna parte, anche se ho contattato piú di 20 agenti musicali.

Dopo di cinque mesi che la mia "Hey Jude" fu bloccata nelle stazioni di radio inglesi , quest'ultimo CD dei Beatles uscí al mercato. Era la seconda volta che la mia versione di "Hey Jude" causava che un CD dei Beatles uscesse al mercato. Sembra che certe persone considerano la mia "Hey Jude" una pericolosa minaccia.....

Anche, come un'altra di quelle "coincidenze", l'indirizzo di e-mail creato da Paul McCartney per i suoi "fans" é: heyjude18@hotmail.com... ..come ho detto prima, dopo che la mia "Hey Jude" fu bloccata nelle stazioni di radio inglesi, Paul McCartney fece una serie di concerti alla "Caverna" di Liverpool e fece uscire al mercato quest'ultimo secondo CD antologia delle canzoni dei Beatles. Purtroppo, quando si accorse che ai concerti entró poca gente e che il CD non ebbe gran vendita, allora con grande fretta fece uscire al mercato un CD del suo lavoro con il complesso "Wings"...Tutto questo è successo senza interruzione, una cosa dietro l'altra...sembra che stia cercando di guadagnare tempo per qualche ragione....come se volesse essere sempre presente nella mente della gente per qualche motivo...É con tristezza che mi rendo conto che possibilmente certe persone abbiano una grande paura del mio "Hey Jude"...

Sono pure stato recentemente informato da uno dei miei clienti di accordatura di pianoforte, il cuale ha relazioni con l'industria musicale inglese, che sembra che qualcuno invió una lettera aggressiva a diversi settori di questa industria musicale e ad altre parti del mondo artistico, facendo le mie veci, affiché chi ricevesse la lettera pensasse che era stata scritta da me...Questo mi fu pure informato da un disc jockey amico mio che lavora in una delle stazioni di radio inglesi...Fa rabbrividire l'accorgersi dei vigliacchi estremi ai quali sono capaci di arrivare le persone che sono dietro questa cospirazione, con il fine di allontanare la gente da me...

Per finire, una delle dieci maggiori ditte discografiche di Londra che rubarono le mie cassette titolate "Shangri-La" ha recentemente lanciato al mercato un CD di una delle loro bande (Stone Temple Pilots), usando il titolo della mia cassetta, e aggiungendogli un paio di parole in piú, le quali danno al titolo un senso satirico...una sfacciata provocazione...lo lanciarono attraverso di uno dei loro rappresentanti in un altra parte del mondo...sospetto che questa sia una astuta trappola da parte di questa ditta discografica per vedere se io reazziono per cosi crearmi probblemi con quella parte del mondo...non caderó nella loro trappola...ora stanno cercando di bloccarmi in altre parti del mondo pure...Sembra che certa gente considera la mia opera come qualcosa veramente pericoloso, giudicando dalla magnitudine della cospirazione che stanno effettuando... Come ho detto prima, bisogna vedere i vigliacchi estremi ai quali certe persone sono capaci di arrivare!!!......

Quello che é stato detto fino ad ora é soltanto la punta dell' iceberg. Dipendendo da come si svolgono le cose, l'iceberg completo potrebbe ancora uscire alla luce, in tutta la sua grandezza. Non voglio incolpare nessuno, pero sento che la mia storia deve essere saputa.

Vengo a chiedere a tutti gli amanti della musica che mi aiutino a combattere quest'orribile mostro di molteplici tentacoli che ha mantenuto me e la mia opera nascosti dal pubblico e che ha rubato le mie idee.

Dovuto a questa cospirazione contro di me, mi sono dovuto rifugiare nell'Internet.

Il motivo per il quale lo fanno (e dobbiamo umilmente dirlo perché la pazienza ha un limite) é perché l'adattazione di Hey Jude di J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e fa che la canzone originale sembri un nulla totale.....

Cercano di nascondere il sole con un dito.....

Si possono nascondere le cose da tutta la gente parte del tempo, o si possono nascondere le cose da parte della gente tutto il tempo, ma non si possono nascondere le cose da tutta la gente tutto il tempo.....e cio che di notte si fa si vede di giorno......

E l'evidenza chiara che mostra che tutti questi fatti sono veri è che il trascendentale capolavoro fatto da F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e non è conosciuto dal pubblico, avendo l'adattazione di Hey Jude di F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e un accordo di editoria dai proprietari del diritto di autore e tutto.....

J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e è uno dei più grandi musicisti che siano esistiti, i cui soprannaturali poteri musicali fecero che i musicisti stabiliti e l'industria musicale fabbricassero la più grande trama internazionale per fermarlo. Sfortunatamente, tutto ció che loro hanno voluto nascondere sta ora essendo conosciuto e la statura dell'uomo è determinata dalla quantitá di cospirazione che lui genera.
Noi stiamo parlando di un'enciclopedia di musica che conoce e suona quasi ogni canzone esistente. Noi stiamo parlando di un colosso musicale, la cui soprannaturale percezione del suono può interpretare una canzone soltanto ascoltandola per la prima volta. Dopo che la sua adattazione di Hey Jude fu inviata alle ditte discogragiche in Spagna, una banda di musicisti mediocri chiamata "los rolin" fu lanciata in quel paese tentando fare la musica dei Beatles in stilo di flamenco Latino, lo stilo del Hey Jude di J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e, ma tutto ció che fecero fu spazzatura musicale, a causa della mediocre qualità dei musicisti. Pepper's lonely hearts club band" di J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e fu inviata alle ditte discografiche di New York, un ladro canzonettista Latino chiamato Ralph Mercado riunì musicisti di diverse orchestre e tentò fare un'interpretazione molto povera in salsa della musica dei Beatles. Fra i musicisti che parteciparono c'erano ladri Latini di "Fania All Stars" come Celia Cruz e Tito Puentes. Un altro ladro Latino chiamato Oscar de Leon partecipó pure nel furto della proprietà intellettuale. Sfortunatamente, tutto ció che fecero fu spazzatura musicale dovuto al fatto di essere musicisti molto mediocri, ma buoni ladri come tutto il loro genere...
Il canzonettista Latino Ralph Mercado fece tale furto spudorato e sfacciato, che perfino fece una parodia della fotografia del disco "Sgt. Dopo che J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e aprì la porta per quest'onda di stilo Latino con le sue due adattazioni, la ditta che progettò l'intasamento di J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e (la ditta discográfica che firmò i Beatles) e la sezione Latina della piu grande ditta discografica del pianeta (non faremo nomi, soltanto la sezione LATINA), (é incredibile l'ammontare di MOLTEPLICI MILIONI che queste due ditte hanno investito per bloccare l'uomo di Firenze) continuarono col furto della proprietà intellettuale producendo spazzatura musicale latina come Ricky Martin, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, ecc. ecc.. ecc. (Queste due ditte involucrarono altre ditte nel bloccaggio di J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e piú tardi.)

Tutta questa cosa Latina che sta accadendo fu causata e provocata dai due adattamenti Latini di J/O/S/E/P/H F/E/R/R/A/N/T/E. After Joseph Ferrante opened the door for this Latin style thing with his two adaptations, EMI RECORDS INT'L, the firm that designed the blocking of Joseph Ferrante (the Beatles' firm) and that also got the Latin section of SONY MUSIC involved (just the Latin section), (it is just amazing to see the amount of MULTI MILLIONS that these two firms have invested in blocking the man from Florence) carried on with the intellectual property theft producing Latin music crap such as Ricky Martin, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, etc., etc. These two firms got other firms involved in the blocking of Joseph Ferrante later on.

All this Latin thing happening was caused and triggered by JOSEPH FERRANTE's two Latin adaptations. And do NOT consider the man from Florence as Latin. Ferrante is calling his recomposition Hey Jude, to make it clear that is the song of the bad musicians and mediocre composers known as Beatles that has been recomposed.
When you steal a song you call it some other name and change the lyrics of the original (same as what the Beatles did with several songs they stole from other people)
Ferrante wants to make it clear that is Hey Jude recomposed. He did it on purpose because he thinks (and we agree) that the songs of the Beatles were very badly composed and poorly performed (you could not expect more from such mediocre amateurs non-musicians as the Beatles).
Judging by the amount of work you are doing to deceive people and distort their perception of reality we can see how dangerous you regard the best musician on Earth and super virtuoso known as Joseph Ferrante. You do not know what else to invent!!!
Is it possible to know how much money did bad musician (if musician at all) known as Paul Mc Cartney pay you so far to repeatedly attempt to deceive people? Do you think people are robots without intelligence who cannot appreciate the work of a gigantic music virtuoso that you can manipulate the way you want? One point we forgot, deceiver. Hey Jude is the ONLY adaptation in the CD of Ferrante. The rest are his own songs, that is one adaptation and EIGHT originals. Have a listen to the GIGANTIC guitar and keyboard work in his own songs too. His technique on the keyboards got Rick Wakeman impressed, as you can see in the reference letter by Rick Wakeman on the website of Ferrante.
In fact I say to you that compared to the EXTRATERRESTRIAL musicianship of Ferrante nobody did ever play a note on Earth. If he impresses Rick Wakeman, what can you expect of BAD mediocre musicians such as the Beatless? MUSIC NOTHINGS such as the Beatless?

Paul Mc Cartney was the stalker of Joseph Ferrante in London. Not only the stalker, but also the terrorizer of Joseph Ferrante.

On some eleve or twelve occasions Ferrante had two cars (always the same ones) shouting threats and insults to him in different parts of the city. He wrote down the number of the cars. One day, as his intuition told him to do, he went down to Soho Square, the place where Paul Mc Cartney had his office....the two cars were parked in front of Mc Cartney's office.

One day, Ferrante received a call on his mobile phone with someone saying: "Paul is warning you not to play anywhere. Do otherwise and be ready for the consequences". The call came from a public telephone, as the BT operator informed. Another day Ferrante received another call with someone saying: "This is Godzilla. If I was you I would not play anywhere at all". The BT operator once again said it came from a public phone.

Paul Mc Cartney placed a big advert of him on a double deck red bus. That bus would constantly drive along the place where Ferrante lived. At the beginning Ferrante thought it was just a campaign of Mc Cartney for his music and thought the same advert must have been placed on different routes of the city. During a couple of months Ferrante would look at different buses in different parts of the city, as he traveled to attend pianos all around London. No other red bus had that advert. The only bus with it drove along Ferrante's home.....

When the second Beatles' Anthology came out, a big advert of it was placed some two hundred meters away from Ferrante's house. One day, as Ferrante was traveling on the bus and the bus would pass by it, anybody in the bus looked at Ferrante, and a girl shouted: "that is for you".
Needless is to say that Ferrante was a character known all over London. He just called the attention of people anywhere he stood. We do not know how that happened. He had no privacy nowhere.

On three different occasions Ferrante had to call the police because of people sent by Mc Cartney hidden in front of his house.
It was very horrible what Ferrante went through because of stalker and terrorizer Paul Mc Cartney.

My name is J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e. I am a musician.

I am writing to inform you of a long history of efforts to block my musical career and take my ideas. It has now gone beyond the pale.

Some time ago, while I was living in England, I had been piano tuner to the ex-Beatle George Harrison several times. After five years in England I eventually went back to where I'd originally come from. There I made my own adaptation of the Beatles' "Hey Jude". I took the original song and re-worked it into a latin "Bachata", mixed with flamenco. I made a demonstration cassette of it and sent it to George Harrison. It came back to me stamped with a rude "by bike" in the place of the usual "Air mail" on the envelope. I phoned him to ask for an explanation but was told by his secretary that he did not want to come to the phone.

Mr. Raul Cairo of the Dutch "Music and Media" magazine can testify to the quality of my arrangement of "Hey Jude", as he wrote an article about it in the same magazine.

I tried sending demonstration cassettes of my version of "Hey Jude" to three record companies in Spain, and, some months later, a group called "Los Roling" came out with a flamenco rendition of Beatles music. Significantly, it was at the same time that Raul Cairo was writing up my "Hey Jude" in "Music and Media".

After a Finnish promotional firm requested 28 CDs of the song for broadcasting on their radio chain throughout Europe the song began to get airplay. I was told by the firm that they were getting phone-in requests for the song at the stations and that it was being given a nice reception by radio listeners. Some ten days later the song disappeared off the air as though an invisible hand had stopped it. The Finnish promotional firm did not care to provide any explanation when I phoned up about it.

Time went by and I made a "salsa" version of the Beatles' song "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". This time I sent demonstration cassettes to record companies outside Europe, including in New York. Some months later, a well-known latin entertainer got a salsa band together with performers from "Fania All Stars" among others, and released an L.P. of salsa-style Beatles music in New York.

Time went by again, and it occurred to me that perhaps I could help get the Beatles back together again as a Beatles' music specialist myself and a professional musician in my own right. I faxed a proposal to that effect to George Harrison, one which he never answered. I did fax him several times again afterwards trying to set out my ideas about the Beatles revival venture, only to discover at one point that he had had his fax number changed. The international operator told me she couldn't give me the new number, as it was unlisted. About six months after the fax incident the first "Beatles Anthology" CD came out, after many, many years without a Beatles release. My idea. He took it and went ahead without me.

Now I am back in England.

I came back with 14 songs that I'd put together under the title "Shangri-La", hoping to get a record deal for it. Both "Hey Jude" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" were included in my production. There were also two other well-known songs in my own adapted version. The rest, the other ten songs, were all my own original compositions.

Even though I am a Rock musician, "Shangri-La" is a multi-styled production.

I took demonstration cassettes of "Shangri-La" to the ten major record companies in London. All ten were somehow mysteriously "mislaid". Representatives of the A&R departments concerned refused even to come to the phone to give me an explanation, delegating other people to take the call instead and tell me that they were still having trouble locating the cassette. All ten cassettes??...Isn't that a bit much to be a coincidence??...

One of the other two items I'd re-worked for "Shangri-La" was "If I Had A Hammer". The rhythm and arrangements were all distinctly different in my version from the original song. One day, after having delivered my cassettes to the main record companies, I switched on the television, only to see the launch of a new programme featuring Trini Lopez's original "If I Had A Hammer" as the theme song...That was after my version of the long-forgotten song had been heard by the record companies.

Again, after my cassettes had gone out to the record companies, a big night club that was owned by people who had links with the record industry started running a show they called "Shangri-La". They stole the name from my production. I ended up having to hire solicitors to get them to stop using the name, as I had already had it registered for musical purposes.

During that same period I received dozens of nuisance calls on my mobile phone from people mocking me with taunts like: "Don't you have a record deal ?", or "Go find another country", or "I'm not hearing your songs on the radio"...

Realizing that there must be a conspiracy against me I had promotional CDs pressed of "Hey Jude" and distributed them to 84 radio stations around England. After a couple weeks I had letters back from radio stations saying they couldn't play "Hey Jude" on their programmes, although some of the selfsame directors went on to praise my arrangement of the song. Capital Radio described it as "a very interesting arrangement". The BBC World Service went on to call it "a very original and quite virtuoso arrangement". From Sony Music I read: "..I was really impressed with the quality of the performance and your new arrangement". If the song was good enough to generate such comments, why wouldn't they play it ? ? ?

After the radio set-back I sent a CD of my adapted version of "Hey Jude" to Paul McCartney at his office, asking if he could give me a hand by contacting some of the radio station directors. A week later I followed up by phoning his office, only to be met with one of the secretaries, who in a rude and aggressive manner dismissed me with,: "We've put your CD of "Hey Jude" in a cold cellar...". Why such a violent reaction ? ?...

So I wrote to Paul McCartney. I even made 16 copies of my letters and mailed them separately to be sure that one of them at least got through to him at his home. Yet I never had a reply.

Interestingly enough, just at that time I started to hear massive outpourings of the Beatles' "Hey Jude" on the radio,and Paul McCartney himself suddenly began performing live again at the "Cavern" in Liverpool after years of inactivity.

It was during those same months that I was getting threatening, anonymous phone calls on my mobile, warning me against giving live performances or playing anywhere. The calls were always made from public telephones.

One music agent whom I'd contacted in an effort to find myself a manager, apologized, saying: "I'm sorry, but I cannot use you...". He refused to say why and hung up on me.

That was when I realized what a huge operation I was up against. So huge, in fact, that in the three and a half years I have been in England this second stay I have as yet to give my first live concert or perform anywhere, despite having contacted more than 20 music agents.

Five months after my "Hey Jude" was blocked on British radio stations the latest Beatles' CD came out. This was the second time that my adaptation of "Hey Jude" had caused a Beatles' Anthology to appear..It seems some people regard my "Hey Jude" as a threat...

And as another "coincidence", the e-mail address that Paul McCartney offered for fans to write to him is called heyjude18@hotmail.com...as I said before, after my Hey Jude got blocked on British radio, Paul McCartney rushed in with concerts at the "Cavern" in Liverpool and launched this second Beatles Anthology CD. Nevertheless, when he saw that the concerts only gathered a very small audience and that the CD did not sell as expected, now he pushed for a CD to come out of his work with his group "Wings"...all this with no let-up, one thing after another, like he was trying to gain time for something, wanting to be constantly present in people's minds for some reason....It is with sadness that I realize that possibly some people could be very afraid of my Hey Jude....

Most recently, one of my piano tuning customers, who is involved with the British music industry, said an aggressive letter had been forged in my name and sent out to different branches of the above mentioned music industry and to other parts of the music world. This was further confirmed by a DJ friend of mine in British radio...What vile extremes will some people not resort to in their attempt to alienate others from me???...

Also, as another "coincidence", one of the ten major record companies in London that stole my "Shangri-la" cassettes, has just launched a CD of one of their bands (namely, the Stone Temple Pilots), being the band's CD title exactly the same as my own, with the addition of a couple of words to make the title a comical phrase !!! ..... They've launched it through one of their branches in another part of the world.....I suspect this is a subtle trap by this record firm expecting me to react to their action to implicate me with that part of the world.....I will not fall into that trap.....Now they are trying to block me in other parts of the world as well.....it looks like some people consider my work something very dangerous, judging by the amount of conspiracy they are generating......once again, it is amazing to see the vile maneuvers of some people......

What I have said so far is just the tip of the iceberg. Depending on how things go, the full iceberg may yet come to light in all its magnitude. I don't want to blame anybody but I feel my story has to be told.

I come looking to all music lovers to help me fight this horrible multi-tentacled monster that has kept me and my work out of the public eye and stolen my ideas.

It is because of this conspiracy against me that I have had to find shelter on the Internet.

It is possible to hide things from all the people part of the time and it is possible to hide things from part of the people all the time, but it's impossible to hide things from all of the people all of the time.. ..and what was done in the night, shows in daylight......

And the clear evidence showing that all these facts are true is that the transcendental masterpiece made by F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e is not known by the public, having F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e's adaptation of Hey Jude a publishing agreement by the copyright owners and all.....

My name is J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e. I am a musician.

I am writing to inform you of a long history of efforts to block my musical career and take my ideas. It has now gone beyond the pale.

Some time ago, while I was living in England, I had been piano tuner to the ex-Beatle George Harrison several times. After five years in England I eventually went back to where I'd originally come from. There I made my own adaptation of the Beatles' "Hey Jude". I took the original song and re-worked it into a latin "Bachata", mixed with flamenco. I made a demonstration cassette of it and sent it to George Harrison. It came back to me stamped with a rude "by bike" in the place of the usual "Air mail" on the envelope. I phoned him to ask for an explanation but was told by his secretary that he did not want to come to the phone.

Mr. Raul Cairo of the Dutch "Music and Media" magazine can testify to the quality of my arrangement of "Hey Jude", as he wrote an article about it in the same magazine.

I tried sending demonstration cassettes of my version of "Hey Jude" to three record companies in Spain, and, some months later, a group called "Los Roling" came out with a flamenco rendition of Beatles music. Significantly, it was at the same time that Raul Cairo was writing up my "Hey Jude" in "Music and Media".

After a Finnish promotional firm requested 28 CDs of the song for broadcasting on their radio chain throughout Europe the song began to get airplay. I was told by the firm that they were getting phone-in requests for the song at the stations and that it was being given a nice reception by radio listeners. Some ten days later the song disappeared off the air as though an invisible hand had stopped it. The Finnish promotional firm did not care to provide any explanation when I phoned up about it.

Time went by and I made a "salsa" version of the Beatles' song "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band". This time I sent demonstration cassettes to record companies outside Europe, including in New York. Some months later, a well-known latin entertainer got a salsa band together with performers from "Fania All Stars" among others, and released an L.P. of salsa-style Beatles music in New York.

Time went by again, and it occurred to me that perhaps I could help get the Beatles back together again as a Beatles' music specialist myself and a professional musician in my own right. I faxed a proposal to that effect to George Harrison, one which he never answered. I did fax him several times again afterwards trying to set out my ideas about the Beatles revival venture, only to discover at one point that he had had his fax number changed. The international operator told me she couldn't give me the new number, as it was unlisted. About six months after the fax incident the first "Beatles Anthology" CD came out, after many, many years without a Beatles release. My idea. He took it and went ahead without me.

Now I am back in England.

I came back with 14 songs that I'd put together under the title "Shangri-La", hoping to get a record deal for it. Both "Hey Jude" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" were included in my production. There were also two other well-known songs in my own adapted version. The rest, the other ten songs, were all my own original compositions.

Even though I am a Rock musician, "Shangri-La" is a multi-styled production.

I took demonstration cassettes of "Shangri-La" to the ten major record companies in London. All ten were somehow mysteriously "mislaid". Representatives of the A&R departments concerned refused even to come to the phone to give me an explanation, delegating other people to take the call instead and tell me that they were still having trouble locating the cassette. All ten cassettes??...Isn't that a bit much to be a coincidence??...

One of the other two items I'd re-worked for "Shangri-La" was "If I Had A Hammer". The rhythm and arrangements were all distinctly different in my version from the original song. One day, after having delivered my cassettes to the main record companies, I switched on the television, only to see the launch of a new programme featuring Trini Lopez's original "If I Had A Hammer" as the theme song...That was after my version of the long-forgotten song had been heard by the record companies.

Again, after my cassettes had gone out to the record companies, a big night club that was owned by people who had links with the record industry started running a show they called "Shangri-La". They stole the name from my production. I ended up having to hire solicitors to get them to stop using the name, as I had already had it registered for musical purposes.

During that same period I received dozens of nuisance calls on my mobile phone from people mocking me with taunts like: "Don't you have a record deal ?", or "Go find another country", or "I'm not hearing your songs on the radio"...

Realizing that there must be a conspiracy against me I had promotional CDs pressed of "Hey Jude" and distributed them to 84 radio stations around England. After a couple weeks I had letters back from radio stations saying they couldn't play "Hey Jude" on their programmes, although some of the selfsame directors went on to praise my arrangement of the song. Capital Radio described it as "a very interesting arrangement". The BBC World Service went on to call it "a very original and quite virtuoso arrangement". From Sony Music I read: "..I was really impressed with the quality of the performance and your new arrangement". If the song was good enough to generate such comments, why wouldn't they play it ? ? ?

After the radio set-back I sent a CD of my adapted version of "Hey Jude" to Paul McCartney at his office, asking if he could give me a hand by contacting some of the radio station directors. A week later I followed up by phoning his office, only to be met with one of the secretaries, who in a rude and aggressive manner dismissed me with,: "We've put your CD of "Hey Jude" in a cold cellar...". Why such a violent reaction ? ?...

So I wrote to Paul McCartney. I even made 16 copies of my letters and mailed them separately to be sure that one of them at least got through to him at his home. Yet I never had a reply.

Interestingly enough, just at that time I started to hear massive outpourings of the Beatles' "Hey Jude" on the radio,and Paul McCartney himself suddenly began performing live again at the "Cavern" in Liverpool after years of inactivity.

It was during those same months that I was getting threatening, anonymous phone calls on my mobile, warning me against giving live performances or playing anywhere. The calls were always made from public telephones.

One music agent whom I'd contacted in an effort to find myself a manager, apologized, saying: "I'm sorry, but I cannot use you...". He refused to say why and hung up on me.

That was when I realized what a huge operation I was up against. So huge, in fact, that in the three and a half years I have been in England this second stay I have as yet to give my first live concert or perform anywhere, despite having contacted more than 20 music agents.

Five months after my "Hey Jude" was blocked on British radio stations the latest Beatles' CD came out. This was the second time that my adaptation of "Hey Jude" had caused a Beatles' Anthology to appear..It seems some people regard my "Hey Jude" as a threat...

And as another "coincidence", the e-mail address that Paul McCartney offered for fans to write to him is called heyjude18@hotmail.com...as I said before, after my Hey Jude got blocked on British radio, Paul McCartney rushed in with concerts at the "Cavern" in Liverpool and launched this second Beatles Anthology CD. Nevertheless, when he saw that the concerts only gathered a very small audience and that the CD did not sell as expected, now he pushed for a CD to come out of his work with his group "Wings"...all this with no let-up, one thing after another, like he was trying to gain time for something, wanting to be constantly present in people's minds for some reason....It is with sadness that I realize that possibly some people could be very afraid of my Hey Jude....

Most recently, one of my piano tuning customers, who is involved with the British music industry, said an aggressive letter had been forged in my name and sent out to different branches of the above mentioned music industry and to other parts of the music world. This was further confirmed by a DJ friend of mine in British radio...What vile extremes will some people not resort to in their attempt to alienate others from me???...

They stole J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e's intellectual property but did it very poorly, compared to the transcendental masterpiece made by the music genius.
After this, when the "Sgt. Pepper's lonely hearts club band" salsa adaptation of J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e was sent to the record firms in New York, a Latin intellectual property thief entertainer called Ralph Mercado reunited musicians from different orchestras and attempted to do a very poor salsa interpretation of the Beatles' music. Among the people that participated were Latin intellectual property thieves from "Fania All Stars" like Celia Cruz and Tito Puentes. Another Latin called Oscar de Leon participated in the intellectual property theft. Unfortunately all they did was music crap due to the fact of being very poor musicians, but good thieves...
Latin entertainer Ralph Mercado did such a shameless theft that he even made a parody of the sleeve of the Beatles' "Sgt. Pepper's" and used it as sleeve of his theft production, having been "Sgt. Pepper's lonely hearts club band" the F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e's salsa adaptation sent to New York...

After J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e opened the door for this Latin style thing with his two adaptations, the record firm that designed his blocking (the Beatles' firm) and that also got the Latin section of the biggest firm on Earth involved (no names, just the Latin section), (it is just amazing to see the amount of MULTI MILLIONS that these two firms have invested in blocking the man) carried on with the intellectual property theft producing Latin music crap such as Ricky Martin, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, etc., etc. These two firms got other firms involved in the blocking of J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e later on.

All this Latin thing happening was caused and triggered by J/o/s/e/p/h F/e/r/r/a/n/t/e's two Latin adaptations. And do not consider the man as Latin. He just happens to be one of the best musicians on Earth in almost every existing style. The man is a MUSIC ENCYCLOPEDIA, as we told you earlier on...
