On Saturday March 25, A 5,000 strong immigrant's rights rally followed the
Dream March filling the streets of Houston with chants, solidarity and celebration.

The march was orgnized by
Jovenes Unidos por un Futuro Mejor (Young Immigrants for a Better Future), around support for the
DREAM Act, which would allow undocumented students who graduate from high school to recive in state tuition and allow some college students to apply for temporary and permanent legal status. Many march participants were participating with the
draconian HR4437 in mind as well.
Earlier this month, Chicago had the biggest protest in the city's history when
more that a hundred thousand people took to the streets against HR4437.
This weekend many other protest took place in the US,
10 to
20 thousand mached in Phoenix (The largest protest in the cities history),
thousands in Watsonvelle, and
50 thousand marched in L.A (
more photos), following a day of
high school walk-outs across California.
